Welcome

Rami kissing Jessica's forehead by a stone wall, painted in watercolor
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonor others. It is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
1 Corinthians 13:4–7

We are overjoyed to welcome you into the next chapter of our lives.

Each one of you holds a special place in our story and we are excited to share this celebration with you.

Tips for international travelers

  • We recommend flying into Cairo International Airport (CAI). There, most international visitors can obtain a visa upon arrival (it costs $25 cash). Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months.

  • Please plan to carry cash in EGP (Egyptian pounds) throughout your trip. While credit cards are accepted in most places, cash in EGP is essential for local markets, small shops and tipping. The airport visa itself is paid in US dollars ($25 cash).

  • Be prepared for summery weather, with temperatures around 85°F / 29°C, and pleasant evenings.
